Write to us at [email protected]. We read every letter and answer within a few days.
The plan
Cancel: on iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Haute Ink. On Android, open Google Play, tap your picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. If you cancel during the 7 free days, you are not charged.
Bought it, but the rituals are still closed: in the app open Settings (the small sun at the top right) and tap Restore, signed in to the same Apple or Google account you bought it with.
Refund: refunds are handled by the store. On Apple devices use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Google Play, the order in your Play account.
Your diary
Everything you write stays on this phone, sealed with a key that only this phone has. There is no account and no cloud, so we cannot see your diary, and we cannot bring it back if the phone is lost, reset or the app is deleted.
The hand over the phone
On the OMEN page a hand over the screen can call a card. On some phones the front camera does this; it looks for a moment and records nothing. If the hand is red, tap it and allow the camera, or turn the hand off in Settings. A shake always works.
